Rhinoplasty Information
Rhinoplasty is a term that is often heard in this day and age. But many people don’t really know what rhinoplasty is and what is involved in rhinoplasty. Closed rhinoplasty involves incisions only on the inside of the nose. The splint is typically removed along with the stitches approximately one to two weeks after the rhinoplasty surgery. Nasal packs may also be used to help keep the septum properly in place. The septum is a piece of tissue that separates the two nasal passages. These nasal packs are usually removed a few days after the surgery.
